E-Profiler is one in a suite of products designed to help you navigate the multimedia environment with a cost-effective, industry adopted measurement system that identifies key drivers across all our products. Most data are collected for the purposes of a specific project with no connection to the individual respondent before or after the delivery of the final report. Moreover, these findings and subsequent norms are established based on collections of disparate samples as they are either drawn from multiple panel sources, or through CATI programs that cannot capture specific respondents from project to project.
We saw an opportunity in 1997 to develop a complex and responsive database to allow each entry by an E-Poll respondent to be stored for the life of that panelist in our system. By servicing our own proprietary panel of respondents, we are able to collect, store and manage 1000's of data points for every panel member and can track them over time.
Research by its very nature is an evolving process, so we built our database to respond accordingly. A project isn't over when the final report is delivered; instead, it takes on a life of its own. As you begin to internalize the findings and apply them to other intelligence that has been gathered, additional questions often arise that need an answer or a clarification. That's where our ability to re-contact comes into play. We can quickly reach out to the specific respondents with these questions and turn around the data within days. However, sometimes you don't have the time or the budget to re-contact and that's why E-Profiler was developed.
Our E-Profiler system allows the data profiles to be integrated with our custom and syndicated products and yields detailed reports that give you greater context to the findings. Some reports are drawn from simple statistical tabulation and others are derived from complex data processing, but all are extremely cost effective and offer you the complete picture.
